Seichou Karate Instructors
A Senior Chemical Engineer with the National Center for Exposure Assessment of the Office of Research and Development at the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Jacqueline Moya began her karate training in December 1996 and earned her black belt in November 2003. She currently teaches Seichou Karate adult and children's karate classes. When she's not training, teaching, or issuing expert opinions on toxic exposure assessments, our Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez devotes her time to her husband Israel, who is chief engineer with the National Aeronautics Space Administration, and their three daughters who are also Seichou Karate students. Ms. Moya speaks Spanish and English.
