Malik K. Cutlar has been studying Seichou Karate® since June 2004. He earned his black belt in November 2007 and, since then, he has become a pillar at our dojo by training and assisting our director with great enthusiasm. When he's not teaching or training at Seichou Karate®, Mr. Cutlar is an expert mediator and former Administrative Law Judge who has been twice named "Virginia Super Lawyer." Mr. Cutlar brings deep knowledge and experience to martial arts instruction that is unique and highly valuable to our students. He is married and the father of two sons who are both Seichou Karate® students.
